***DISCLAIMER***
This post makes the assumption that each of the users under a seed number (there are 16 users under each seed number) are equal- more explaination later. While I feel this to be a very likely setup for UM2, this analysis is purely my speculation. It would be a good idea to open a new browser window (Ctrl+N), and keep it on the seedings page ( http://www.ubersite.com/m/43662 ) to stay on track with the explainations.

Okay, so after looking at the UM1 brackets, I have drawn up a *partial* bracket for UMII (at bottom). This time around the tourney is divided into 16 "schools", each of these schools has 14 (sometimes 13) participants. The crappily drawn paint brackets below illustrate the layout of one of these schools...
Okay... my school.
So the ranks will play their first round as follows:
1, 2 = bye
3v14, 4v13, 5v12, 6v11, 7v10, 8v9.
Now, the [257 - 'your rank'] works out so that:
In seed numbers 3 to 8 (those favored to win their first match), the top users withing their seed number is up against the bottom user of their aforementioned seed number opponent (ie: seed number 4's opponent is seed number 13).

To further illustrate this example, here are the groups for seed numbers 4 and 13:

So, the numbers turn out that the top user in the higher seed group(Bonesforbucks) would be up against the lowest user in the lower seed group (Inseminator)- check the math of you don't believe me. Continue this trend to see that (Peoplearestrange) would be against (Iamhewhoisnot), and (Professorfuckface) would be up against (Downerstain), and so forth.
Now each of these pairs will go on to represent the 4v13 group in one of 16 schools, one school for each pair. Extrapolate this to all the other pairs (3v14, 5v12, 6v11, etc...) joining each of these schools and you begin to see the grand scheme of things.
~~
After looking at the UM1 brackets and copying their layout (as far as where each pair goes with respect to the others within each school), I came up with this sample school.
Note that I made this school by grouping the first user in each seed group 1-8 (along with their opponents). This is really circumstacial (sp.); it's my best guess as to how Razor will arrange things. Anyway you slice it seems the same, so I went with the easiest way: top to bottom.
Okay, so whether you totally zoned out, think my explaination sucked, or actually understood what I said, here is what you all came for:

I am writing a letter to the NCAA as to why I am not allowed to particpate.
Is it because I'm wayyyy smarter than y'all?
That's discrimination.
