My last post really screwed up my overall rating so now I'm going for more of insight and information rather than trying to please the huddled masses. So without further adieu...
Aureus Deus Atqui Unus Inconsessus is Latin for (rough translation) "I am the God of Gold, the One who is Forbidden." I've always liked this saying, partly because I (like many others of you) feel superior to those I see on a daily basis, but mainly because you can say it anywhere at anytime and no one knows what it means (much like cursing in a foreign language). I'm sure most of you are wondering what has this to do with anything, I'll be making my point shortly.
We as human beings are put on this Earth for one reason, to procreate (nothing more, nothing less). Yet we all feel this need, this desire to accomplish something. It's not enough to simply exists and bear children, we want more, we desire more, we NEED more. I'm sure we can all name famous people throughout history (not including the ones we see on money, which are the best to see), and I can't help but think I deserve a place in history. I'm sure most of you disagree, feeling a place in history would be better suited for yourselves (selfish motherfuckers).
The History Channel has been bombarding me over this Labor Day weekend with programs about Attila the Hun, also known as the "Scourge of God". Attila, like many other great warriors of the past, died of reasons not befitting a man who had led so many gory battles. Attila died of a nosebleed from which he drowned to death in, most probably how I'd go (to most of your delight I'm sure).
The point is, like any military power, once you've been given a cool nickname, such as "The Scourge of God", or Vladmir "The Impaler", or "The Furor", your place in history is set. America is the greatest country in the history of the world, but leaders come and go. Being president will record your name in history, most certainly, being a great president will get you on money, even better, but being president will not make your name synonymous with anything. It is true in life, as in movies, that the bad guys have all the fun. The bad guys do cruel, inhumane things; yet in history, Saddam Hussein's name will be remembered long after Bush's is forgotten. What as an American can we do. It seems that no matter how great any of us are, the bad guys always win in the end. No matter how many George Washington's, Ben Franklin's, Martin Luther King's, Martin Luther's, Charlemagne's, or whoever; the Hitler's, Attila's, Saddam's, Osama's, Napolean's, Ivan's. and so on, will always be remembered more. You nor I will ever be great warriors, hero or villain. Life is unjustly cruel.
Donald Trump can plaster his name on damn near every building in New York city, but I can't get one lousy fucking statue. If only I had talent, like Shakespeare, then maybe I could live on in history.I guess I'll have to settle with being better than everyone else I know, hey it beats being worse than them.
What would you do if you had the oppurtunity to let your name live on in history, good or bad?

I just want to be happy...who gives a shit if we're remembered?
People basically suck and are usually incredibly dumb....why do I want to be remembered by imbeciles?? In the grand scheme of things, the earth is 4.6 billion years old. Humanity is just a cum stain on this planet- making their dubious appearance a few hundred thousand years ago, and no real civilization to speak of until four or five thousand years ago. After we eventually annihilate ourselves, this planet will carry on.
"Bene qui latuit, bene vixit" (One who lives well, lives unnoticed......Ovid)
Si post fata venit gloria non propero (If glory comes after death, I'm not in a hurry to die)
and most important:
Brevior saltare cum deformibus mulieribus est vita (Life is too short to dance with ugly women)

You ruined a good idea by giving us an insight into your fantasy world. How many mirrors do you own by the way?

I have thought this so many times. It kinda pisses me off that within 2 generations I will be forgotten. I want to be remembered for all time. The best way to be remembered certainly seems to be by being evil. Then again Jesus and Mohammad seem to be well remembered throughout history so maybe I will invent my own religion.
Who wishes to flock to my banner?!
Once I have enough members I will get round to making some kind of creed or something....
Anyway damn you for thinking of posting this before me!!!
