Hello guys, I'd like to start by saying this is not a fake post, or an explicit post to be taken offensively, I have tried to keep it very PG and inoffensive, it is a real problem. I am not sure if this qualified as mental or physical, as I see it as a mixture of both.
I am a guy. For about 3 years now I have been masturbating regularly (usually at least once daily, sometimes I quit for up to 2 weeks, or do it more often, when I try and quit the urges to do it get stronger) and I am feeling the side effects, headache, loss of ability in physical activities such as sports, tiredness, lack of former mental prowess, excess sleep, etc. I have only smoked Marijuana 3 times, but after each time I was able to go on for a few days without doing it [it = masturbation ], (except once when I did it while stoned) anyway, I was wondering if anyone else experiences my dilemma. Moreover, if Marijuana may be an answer to my problem. I have been told if I can quit for a month or more, I may be able to continue regularly without the need for it. Hopefully with Marijuana I may be able to hold out that long.
PS.) Please don't feel too embarrassed to post, it is a real problem faced by many people.
