I guess this is kind of like my Answers to Questions You Never Asked post (http://www.ubersite.com/m/46188) haha, linkwhore. The only difference being that I don't know the answers to these questions... maybe someone on here does.

#1) Irish Setters.
Now everyone knows what an Irish Setter looks like, right?
Dog with red hair. Now, is it called an Irish Setter because it actually originated from Ireland, or because Irish people have red hair, and they were named after said peoples?

Now, if they are from Ireland, don't you think its an odd coincidence that both human and canine from that isle both have red hair? If they're not, isn't it kind of racist to call them "Irish Setters" based solely on their hair color? I dont call black cats "African Cats". Just wondering.

#2) What, honestly, made people want to have grass in their yards?
Really, why? Dirt wasnt good enough? I could understand grass on hills, to prevent erosion, but grass in yards serves no real purpose. For that matter, what constitutes a "weed"? Any non-grass plant that has grown in someones yard? Couldn't an errant rose bush be weeds then? Why do we need pure grass and nothing but grass in our yards?

#3) How did they find out that Alloe helps on burns/cuts/scrapes?
Did someone one day just walk into the woods, break a squishy plant in half, and start rubbing it on themselves? It's like that Calvin and Hobbes cartoon, "Who was the first person to drink milk? Who was the guy that walked up to a cow and said 'im gonna squeeze those things, and drink whatever comes out of em'?"

Speaking of milk

#4) Is it possible that by drinking cow milk on a regular basis, we could be changing our own developement?
I doubt that cow milk and human milk have the same amounts of nutrients, proteins, and fats. You'd assume that people would be drinking human milk instead. Why cows? For that matter, why do people drink milk anyway? Humans are the only creatures on this earth that drink the liquid of mammary glands when fully past infancy. Why? Maybe someone found it was a good way to get essential viatamins and nutrients. Or maybe it's just a passing fad.

This really sucked.

The solid red setter first appeared in Ireland in the early 19th century.

wow... wonder what makes Irish things have red hair then? maybe its the giant red-light bleaching gun that England fires onto it every three months. Kill the potatoes? with red light? Bah!

no, that's true. milk(cow's milk) is terrible for you. other animals do/will drink milk past infancy if given the chance.
