Don't apologise to me dude I wasn't offended by it...knowing gibberish what very little I do, I am sure he wasn't really so much offended by what you said as he was rained upon by reality in a situation where he perhaps had forgotten about it for the moment...
Just write something that will make him smile and i am sure he'll forgive you...I bet if you graffitied his cat and took a pic, he'd dig it.
