Once upon a time, the democrats were in control of america. The great fornicator was in the
White House, the House and Senate were controlled by a majority. The good times came to an end
with Shrub and his cohorts actually winning the presidential election (or not).
At that time I recall our hands on president had a wife who decided she wanted to play the
great game. Foisted on New York as a senator, the democrats talked of a future run for the
White House, specifically 2008. Now with the JohnJohn ticket actually showing signs of life,
where does this leave poor Hillary if Kerry actually wins??

**She's too polarizing. Conservatives are threatened by a woman who they know is smarter than they are.**
Well, you're half right. She's too tainted by her husband's presidency.
**a woman will never be president. It's doubtful a woman would even become vice president.**
I think cigar is right. Personally, I think we'll see a black man as President before we see a woman President.
**It's not that I'm afraid of a woman president...I'd vote for Ann Coulter.**
So would I. I've always thought she was kind of hot, personally.

If she's as good as her husband then yeah this kinda sucks. Still doesn't suck as much as four more years would though.

I will leave the country if Hillary becomes President

I'm with you there.
It's not that I'm afraid of a woman president. I just hate THAT woman in particular.
I'd vote for Ann Coulter.

I guess I would take Kerry over Hillary. But seriously cigar, never a woman VP or Pres.? It'll happen someday. I'd vote for Condi.

Ahahahahahahha! And you've hit upon the real reason why I'm not really scared of a Kerry presidency - if he wins, Hillary will never be president! AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA! ha.

(if they were forced to choose between Condi and Hillary)"
well that's kind of it isn't it
And given a choice between being kicked in the balls or getting punched in the nose, what would they pick?

Jesus man, you just fucking nailed it.
And silly silly firefly, a woman will never be president. It's doubtful a woman would even become vice president.

Loki - What about Condi Rice? I think conservatives would vote for her (if they were forced to choose between Condi and Hillary). She's clearly smarter than most of us if you've ever checked out her resume.

FOR THE LAST TIME, PEOPLE!
Hillary Clinton cannot win a national election. Period the end. She is polarizing, unqualified, and alienates a large part of the women's voting bloc, which a female Presidential candidate MUST have locked up in order to even THINK about winning.
I hate Hillary Clinton with a passion that burns deep in my loins. She is a grasping power-whore.

your suppose to end your sentences before you start a new paragraph. you can't just start a sentence, then hit enter a couple of times, and finish the sentence, that's not the way English works.

I will leave the country if Hillary becomes President (yeah I know I should leave now for your sake anyway). I will move somewhere there are no TVs radios or newspapers so I don't have to see her phony smile nor hear her puling voice. Like the bumper sticker says: "10 out of 10 terrorists agree - anybody but Bush". However, if a Kerry win and re-election keeps Hillary out, it may be worth it.

Edwards himself has Presidential aspirations. It's reasonable to assume that he'd be the party's nominee in 2012 if Kerry won two terms. Assuming that Edwards won two terms, Hillary would be 77 by the time Edwards had two terms, and his own VP might be interested in the job---unless Hillary was his VP...
But you're right. Things don't look good for her unless a Republican wins the office between now and then.

Kind of a "Rush echo syndrome" here. Rush has been saying since it looked like Howard Dean was going to get the nod, that the Dems were not really trying to win this time, so that they could set up Hillary for 2008. It seems plausible to me, but I'm not sure where that plan stands now.
I'd look for some damning "leaked" evidence about Kerry to show up soon if it is true in any way.
