I know you attempted to ban me, and I'm back. Why didn't you just lock my account? Of course I'd make another, but that's beside the point.
I think the reason people fuck with your site is because you are unwilling to talk it out FIRST. Believe it or not, users like you. I like you. So don't act all "tough" at the first impression, otherwise it'll last.
Also, why not use reverse psychology, and pretend that nothing happenned? Your site is pretty much ruined, even without me. I don't see why you have to keep administering justice, because the "idiots", as you call them, keep coming back.

Think of it this way, Koolmangy. Bart has your IP from home. He knows who your internet service provider is. He also has numerous other IP's from illicit proxies you've used. It's not hard to put two and two together, especially with you boasting about being "Back".
He's tried to work with you. He's asked you to cease and desist in behavior that is disruptive to the operation of -his- site. I am sure he's even kept the emails. I would've, and he's smarter than I am.
Then he banned your IP, blocked your account, and yet you return and persist in more of the same behavior.
He is perfectly within his rights to contact your internet service provider and demand that they do something about you, up to and including termination of your account with them. Speaking to even a mildly sympathetic system administrator would get him far. Not to mention proof that you're using illicit proxies to mask your identity, which is a no-no. Not technically illegal, but in a grey area for certain.
Play nicely. One day you may wake up and attempt to get on the internet, and not be able to.

This site is like a child. If you discipline it using reward/punishment tactics (but not physical punishment), the effect is better than if you just simply smack the child. Most of the time, the behaviour is curbed with a smack, but over the long run, you're just creating a monster. I'm all smacked out. Think about it that way.
