Here is a mathematical equation:
If = means equal to...
Then spam + proxy usage + abuse of site = banning of users
Therefore we are not that different.

why not give us an option (i have no idea how hard this would be to code), where we can choose to block people from our list of posts?

Like, i choose KoolMang here and put him on my block list. Then, none of the posts he makes would ever show up on my main page. Wildcards (*Kool*) would be an option too.

I think Bart has a hand in co-existing with his users, and he should be doing more, like:
1)Informing IMMEDIATELY why the user was banned, TO the user via email.
2)Telling them when they're probation period is up, let's say, 4 days?
3)Giving them tips on how to avoid being banned.
He does neither of those, he's a hateful lank-monster. It's time we rose up, and to tell the truth, this "rape" trend today was quite the blow!

This is Bart's site. He's not running it for profit, or any other sort of material gain. He's running it because it seems like a fun and interesting thing to do.
Since this is the situation, where Bart has no need to keep an audience (it's not like he's going to lose income) he can do whatever the fuck he pleases, and you can kiss my ass.
If he wants to ban people without reason, he can.
If he wants to ban everyone from the south, he can.
If he wants to send a nice explanatory email why he banned you, he can.
If he wants to send you an email containing a virus that makes tubgirl your permanant desktop image as punishment for being one of the biggest assholes he's ever met, he can.
You being here or not being here has 0 consequence for any of us. If you left and never came back tomorrow, no one would give two shits.

Alright mang I've been a fan of yours for awhile but this is basically what I think about this whole situation:
You have ubersite, people come here because they are free to speak their minds and its a very creative and somewhat supportive enviorment. You come here and speak your mind, which is okay, people want that. But then you cross the line, and it becomes offensive. Basically everyone on ubersite knows you're very eccentric and you're very opinionated (as am I) but you don't know when to quit... By doing that, being offensive, you're enfringing on people's rights, basically its something like 'disturbing the peace' or 'verbal assault' or something, you know? You can't be so damn offensive, because its just rude. You can go so far, and then its just not tolerable. I think that its perfectly fair to say that you should be able to draw that line yourself, but it seems that you can't, so hes drawing it for you.
Harassment, spamming, begging and pleading, none of it helps. Actions speak more than words. Maybe you should just continue on and keep posting and earn your respect back instead of beg for it. Just don't fuck up and see if you can persuade Bart through your own actions. Give it a shot.
