Ok. Its october 15th here in iraq. First day of Ramadan. Reminding me once again why we are over here- to help the local iraqi's get rid of all those extra munitions left over by the previous regime.
The most recent alarm (2 minutes ago) was preceeded by 2 rather large explosions nearby. Right now the mortars are indiscriminately launched at my base. I believe we are fucked when they learn basic geometry and learn how to aim the fucking things correctly.
Right now I am crouching halfway under a desk with my kevlar and helmet on(imagine a counter-strike character). I would add a pic to this but I left my camera in the humvee. As I sit here hoping not to get exploded, I am engaging in a conversation with my co-workers on th best ways to waste an alarm red(attack siren).
So far, this is what we got
1. masterbate in a port-o-john
2. buy stuff on the internet
3. post on ubersite
4. sign you name on the wall of a bunker right next to the "my baby was conceived in this bunker" scribble. (aka bunker love)

1) i have not had enough interaction wiht the general populace to come to an educated decision on that one. Frtom what the army guys tell me though, is yes, most of iraq likes us.
2) i can't tell you where I am.
3) I wrote that and i can confirm it. it applies to marine chicks too but they aren't as cute as the army chicks (then again army chicks aren't as hot as air force chicks but air force chicks don't get into firefights thus negating that argument.)
