That's right, it has come to my attention that Quagmire was not a product of Stabkill. Who was it you ask? It was none other than Bart Cilfone Molestor of Mankind. (and kind men, too) How do I know this? Well, it's very simple.
Who wants me gone from Ubersite more than anyone else?
Who has tried and tried and failed?
Who is it that Bart would try so hard to protect the identity of?
Who is it that posted my info before?

Okay... So it's unanimous, it was Bart. What about the IP address of Quagmire? 68.248.229.192 is located in Milwaukee, not Chicago? Well I'll leave that explanation to Caulincourt, he's good at false accusations. If Caul does make a statement it will probably be something to this effect:
