Has anyone had hypnotherapy for anything? I'm considering it to stop smoking.
Any personal experiences would be useful...estimated prices are also welcome.

i was thinking of doing it because i get agressive very easyly.
I play rugby twice a week but that's not taking the anger out, so its either hypno or take up feather weight boxing.
