Lunchtime has rolled around once more, and as I sit at home munching on a pack of quavers and contemplating my afternoon at work, I had a realisation.
Well..it would probably best be referred to as an issue that I could not answer, so in fact, it was not a realisation at all!!
Anyway, so what goes through my mind whilst devouring the cheesy Quavers??
When does a newborn baby have its first dump?
Is it in the womb? If so, would that mean that pregnant women are really full of shit?
Or, is it a matter of minutes, hours, days or weeks?
I'm guessing not many people have ever pondered this before, and it is quite disturbing that I contemplate this issue whilst eating me lunch.
I had to come on here to share my unanswered questions in hope that someone can shed some light.
Let's solve this together!!

It really is. I'm not very bright. If I know something, it's not obscure.

For crying out loud....
In the womb, babies ingest and excrete amniotic fluid. This is processed by the mother's liver and kidneys and is not dangerous.
After birth, the baby's first bowel movement is meconium, which is made up of materials that have collected during pregnancy.
In some cases (during a long birth, for example) the baby will pass this substance while still in the womb. This can be dangerous if it gets into the baby's lungs. The colour of the amniotic fluid is a good indicator as to whether or not this has happened.
It's not a fucking mystery.

Well, I've watched Maternity Ward a lot (it gives me a boner when I see a white teenage girl getting torn apart), and sometimes the baby will defecate during labor. ONLY during labor. If it doesn't happen, they'll go potty when you make them.
On a sidenote about shit in birth, when girls are taken into the hospital, I heard that the first thing they force you to do is get a firey hot enema (because you might take a shit while giving birth).

I was under the impression that the fallopian tubes did all the work.
