My Mac at work crashes whenever I have more than four programs open at once. I'm in for a shitstorm if I accidentally open word when I'm trying to open Explorer...because Word is a memory bitch.
We still use OS 8.6. I actually think that this comptuer is older than I am. But those fuckers in marketing have G4s.
Sometimes when my Mac freezes Force-Quit won't work...hitting the reset button won't work...so I have to unplug it to make things right again. A asked my boss if I broke my computer, would I get a new one. He laughed. Really hard.

Wrong. And when they need fixing, your options are as followed:
1 - Send it back to Apple
2 - Take it to CompUSA, who will send it back to Apple
Better pray you bought the $300 "Apple Care" package when you bought it, or you may as well buy a new PC notebook for what it costs to fix it.
