In the old days (the 70's) the "workplace" was way better. I could hit on whoever I wanted to just as long as they were lower than me on the totem pole. If an employee told me to shut the hell up I would transfer her out or lay her off on some pretext and just get a new one. Eventually I found one that wanted it as bad and as often as I did and we hit it off bigtime. On the desk, in the warehouse, in the parking lot...man, those were the days. Bonus is...she looks exactly like Gloria Alred so I get to hammer her while she talks dirty to me and its like Alred is flat on her back knees up with her lipstick all smeared piching her own nipples and screaming for me to hit it harder....that gives me such a woodie.
And we really love each other.
Goin on 22 years married.
What could possibly be wrong with that?

Yeah, O'Reilly may be a jerk and alot of people don't like him but people didn't get too crazy over it at least...
People need to realize when there is sexual harassment it should be reported right away. If it isn't, then basically you don't care or don't mind. Using it down the road and saying it was "repeated" only makes YOU look like the real moron. Why didn't this bitch leave long ago? Why did she leave the job and COME BACK?
All about money and fucking attourneys. I figured the best way for someone to avoid getting sued is not having money or not having insurance. If a lawyer ever finds out he is taking on someone who doesn't have deep wallets, he will convince his client to just give it up.
Pathetic system in America.
