Why the fuck aren't you on the MVA list? You've the by far, some of the best shit I've seen. You're up there with sideburns bro. Only rarely do I get the chance to piss myself out of laugher. Reading your posts is like having a cool dad telling you stories.
Hows the weight man? I'm reading back on these posts about you losin' weight, gaining it back, losin' it. Where're you at with all this? Keep me informed man, I wanna know.
A thing about it is, I'm a big guy two. Sure I do alot of working out with the work I do, but I'm a big hefty guy. What can I do?

Ok, being as Im pretty new here, I dont know fat Tony but I lost about 80lbs in a 6 months and heres what I did.
Lunch_Pail. Obviuously the name of a large fellow, LOL. Anyway I weighed about 320 and now I weigh about 230 to 240, about 6'3" or 6'4". Obviously Im still pretty big but I got minimal fat and huge arms.
Ok enough with the crap heres how I did it. Atkins. Ok I know I know, its bad for you but I didnt do regular atkins. I ate as few carbs as possible usually 20 or less a day. And as little fat as possible. Lots of grilled chicken and lean beef (need the protein). Occasionally I would enjoy fatty foods- big fat ass burger smothered in cheese- its all good once or twice a week. Also you wanna make sure you eat some salad or spinach or somethin. If you dont you wont be able to shit and thats no fun. I also ate alot of fish. Now the key is to shoot for 20 carbs or less a day and 50% or less of your daily fat. That would be about 35 grams of fat a day. Lift weights monday, wed, friday, then do some work out on the other days-walking, rollerblading, etc. Do this for 6 months and you will be set. Now I eat like a pig and dont gain weight (I still eat minimal carbs). I still work out alot so that helps keep the wieght off. Another key is to not weigh yourself for a couple months at a time. Its hell for 6 months, but after those 6 months the 6 hafter that have been the best 6 months in my life- no joke. I feel great, I can actually get women now! LOL
If you really wanna do this program hit me up and ill give you some more details. If i can do it anyone can- im lazy and I love to eat and I made it work!
