I was out getting something to eat when I heard some random lady bitching at a cashier because she "didn't like the sandwich she was given" and apparently that is all the cashier's fault. Being that I worked in fast food for a time before I got my job as a waiter I wasn't about to sit back and let this cashier (read: incredibly hot 19 year old latino girl who was a friend of mine but unfortunately already has a boyfriend) get pushed around by some old hag and mind you this bitch had already eaten half the sandwich when she complained.
Me "And why did you order this in the first place?"
Hag "I wanted to try it but i didn't like it and they should give me a new one!"
Me ::stares at the sandwich:: "Then why the hell did you eat it you dumb bitch?"
Hag ::eyes bulge out, lip quivers with rage, starts stammering insults::
Me "Shut up."
Hag "Excuse me!!??"
Me ::shrugs:: "I said shut up, you're revolting... go away."
Hag ::more insults bitches about never coming to this place again and walks out::
Me ::is thanked by hot spanish girl and acts humble::
So I hope you all will not be afraid to do this, remember we serve the customers but we are not their servants and we should not have to take any abuse from them or anyone else for that matter, you see some idiot picking on a helpless cashier or employee don't just sit by and watch, say something.

Update to my post about black people and cell phones: Seems fate decided to have a little fun at my expense, three black girls jumped my cousin yesterday, I hunted them down but they managed to get away from me, if I ever find them again I swear I'll their arms off, beat them with them, and then rip out their esophagus and strangle them with it. Don't you just hate poetic justice?

Jeez... Boy have I been in that situation! I'm a cashier and sometimes people are terrible... Old people are the worst... just cause your old doesn't mean it gives you the right to be an asshole... I mean seriously FUCK off... get grip go, knit or something!

This guy is right. I worked at a Mall Kiosk for year once. It sucked.
People don't deserve to be treated like shit just because they work retail/customer service.
