I have my dog again. I have a home again.
Actually, i have a girlfriend again too. Funny how that works out. A girl i had been semi-dating came home from argentina this week, and upon finding my old house empty, tracked me down to my car, and after discovering my situation, invited me and my dog to move in with her. Needless to say, i did. Hell, i would have even if i wasn't a fucking bum, this girl is wonderful.
I also sold my seagull guitar for $300, and although i do miss it, i'm just glad i dont have to wear gloves when i sleep anymore. You take that type of stuff for granted when you have a warm place to live. I still have my rickenbacker, so i guess it's ok anyway.
I'm in love with life right now, and not just because it's a step up from where i was. It's where i wanted to be in the first place. I'm starting to get ahold of my classes again, and i'm being interviewed for a seattle radio show this weekend to talk about economics and the balance of wealth in America. If the show does well, i might be invited to do another interview for NPR.
That's too far ahead to bank anything on, so i'll just live in the present for now.
I've been listening to a lot of folk music again. I don't know if it means i'm feeling sane again, but its comforting and seems to fit perfectly for me.
