What about people who dont pay taxes? I say dissenfranchise everyone who isnt in at least the 25% bracket and all the rich bastards who weasel out of paying anything.

Definitely somewhere in Los Angeles. The Korean letters gives this away. I don't think there is a concentration of Koreans anywhere else big enough to have someone care enough to place them on the sign. (Along with Spanish & Chinese)
