They haven't even reported Miami, Tampa, or any major coastal cities which most likely be Dem-heavy.

See, spiral makes a point: Central florida. South Florida will start racking up numbers in Kerry's favor. I am ignoring florida even though it APPEARS bush has a huge lead. They probably haven't counted the Kerry-heavy areas.

This means Bush should win 227 if he wins all the states that are SUPPOSED to go to him (it is no guarantee). Then add florida (27) and ohio (20) = 274 = Bush wins.
Get it?

Bob, look at the numbers on the map on the lower left. You can't count michigan. (it is already in kerry's column)

Look at Ohio. That one is only 3K votes away. And I think wisconsin may be close as well. Kerry will probably win here. But, like I said, if Bush gets florida and Ohio you might as well stick a fork in Kerry. That would be a huge setback.

Ohio is close...Florida isn't far off but Bush is leading both. (Slim margins). If Kerry loses Florida & Ohio, it is not looking good for Kerry. If Bush were to get those two and carry the states he is supposed to he will win handily. Just to warn you for that scenario.
