Now don't get me wrong. I personally believe the government is run by corporations and I voted for Ralph Nader. I think Kerry would do a bad job as President as well.
But he would have been a little better.
Now we have four more years of Dubya.
We'll have four more years of increased anti-Americanism worldwide. Four more years of growing terrorist threats in response to our foreign policy. Four more years of unnecessary wars (perhaps Iran and Syria). Four more years of a falling economy. Four more years of jobs going overseas. Four more years of domestic policies--No Child Left Behind, PATRIOT Act, new Medicare bill--that completely screw up the way that the government is supposed to work. Four more years of striving for an end to abortion and an Ammendment against gay marriage.
Yay. Four more years of Bush.

Well, congratulations, Nader voters. Thanks to you, we get four more years of Bush!

Don't get me wrong I despise Bush and the thought of 4 more years of leadership that goes against most things I believe in sickens me. But Nader voters did not make a difference in this election. There are nearly 4,000,000 votes seperating the candidates and only 400,000 votes nationally for Nader. I cant find 1 state in the nation where Nader changed the outcome in any way. Am I missing something?

-2 for not learning from the LAST FOUR FUCKING YEARS what voting for Nader does.
icarus1987--do you actually think he'll be _less_ dangerous as a lame duck? Think about that...now he doesn't have to worry about (re-?)election.
What's even scarier is that apparently the majority of voters he's heading this country in the right direction. Joseph Goebbels would've been proud of Fox News.

Clearly the post of someone in the ONLY age group Kerry won - under 30 years old. That say's it all.
No, someone who apparently prides himself on being older and wiser using an apostrophe in "says" is what says it all.

Clearly the post of someone in the ONLY age group Kerry won - under 30 years old. That say's it all. You haven't experienced real life long enough yet. You think you know it all. 20 years from now you'll be saying: "You know, now that my Dad is 20 years older, he is starting to make sense to me".
Shut your mouth until you know what you are talking about.

Only if they live in a swing state. I would have voted for Nader if I didn't live in Ohio.

At least we know he'll be a lame duck. I'd say it's a good thing that lots of people hate him, and with all the nutjobs he might not last his term in office... but then we would have Cheney, and that's much worse.

Your utter resignation enlightens me. That's how Americans should feel... depressed that Bush won.
I feel you man.
