Well, as some of you may or may not know, parking in New York sucks ass. First off, that dirty son of a bitch Bloomberg (the mayor who got elected only because he spent as much money as the GDP of Peru or the Olsen Twins' coke habit) decided to jack up all the penalties on parking tickets and so on and so forth.
So here I am, broke college kid at the time (I was still in school, taking 19 hours to get the fuck out of there), and having sent my registration out and not gotten it, yea, it was a little late. Little did i know the forces of Bloomberg were conspiring against me, in the form of traffic cops. Usually minorities with an IQ similar to their shoe sizes, they mindlessly give out tickets and SUPPOSEDLY direct traffic, although its gotten so much worse with those mindless motherfuckers around.
I went down to the Department of Finance today, and turns out, Laqueesha, the 400 lb. mini-planet who has a bucket of fried chicken orbiting around her, made a little boo-boo on my anal-raping of a ticket. They wrote down the wrong address. Advantage:Me.
So long story short, I argued my point, fought the ticket and won. $200 bucks have now gone back into my pocket, and tonight, since its my 22nd birthday, it will be spent on strippers, alcohol and perhaps a bit of the backyard boogie.
And as a gift to all of you, a little taste of heaven in the form of Vida :)
