Every ad on television. Every Surgeon General's warning. Every ashtray in my house. Every person on oxygen I see with a tracheotomy. Every article of clothing I own stinks. Every time I shell out $3.50. Every cellophane wrapper floating around my apartment. Every empty pack in my car. Every tooth getting yellower. Every time I've gone to the store at 3:30 am. Everytime I see the disappointment in my parents' eyes.
I woke up this morning after a night on the town. My lungs hurt. I'm coughing and it hurts to breathe. I went through two packs last night. I just want one more. I'll give it about a half hour, and light up another. My last one.
Everything I do or see or hear is telling me to quit smoking cigarettes. I really do want to quit.
Just one more. Just one more and I'm through.

Also, what you should do is..
Buy a pack of cigarettes and either give them away or flush 'em.
It has a calming effect. Or something.
