1. Our principal sucks.
She's old, small, and tries to lecture us about insignificant things that she thinks are huge, such as calling other people "dumb".
2. Our vice principal (or whatever the hell she is) sucks.
She suspended a student for saying it was our Constitutional right to bring guns to school.
3. My school's a bunch of hippies.
Example: We had to celebrate "Peace Day". But, how did we celebrate it? They gave us the words to a song without doing any practice whatsoever, and then tried to make us sing.
4. The janitors suck.
The janitors yell at you when they're working and you go upstairs just to get your bag of chips you left in your locker.
5. You have to pay to come there, yet the teachers still whine about how they don't get paid enough.
Nuff said.

I used to wonder about this. We have the constitutional right not to be searched without our consent, or probable cause. Yet, to go to school, you have to forfeit this right, except you're forced to go to school. Wouldn' that be unconstitutional?

Children have no rights, except for the right not to be abused. It isn't a constitutional issue.
You do not have the right not to be searched without your consent. As long as an agent of the government has a warrant to search, it really does not matter if you consent or not. An officer doesn't even need probable cause to search you for weapons, just reasonable suspicion. Read up on your 4th amendment dude.

Rad, children do have rights. They are considered citizens, hence, they have rights. The Constitution applies to all citizens of the country. If you are born in the United States, you're considered a natural born citizen. You don't just magically become a citizen when you turn 18. And outside of that, there are 18 year olds in high school. Do they have rights?
And do random locker searches constitute reasonable suspicion? The reasonable suspicion that some student somewhere has contraband in his or her locker? They're random, so they can't be based on any suspicion.
