After having some sorta coughing for over a week, and just a few days ago, my ear decided to get plugged up, so I got an appointment to the doctor, and I had to wait for what seems like forever to get called back there. Once I finally got called by a nurse, she leads me back to get my weight and height checked... 262lbs and my height was just 1/2 inch from 6 feet. Damn, that cold musta been good for me, I lost some good weight... then after that, I am lead to some room where I sit and get my ear checked and they couldn't see my ear drum so I wait...
And wait...
Finally, some doctor comes in, checks my breathing, etc crap., then my ear again then leaves... then the wait begins again...
Then the nurse returns with some stuff so I sit in a chair and put a towel on my shoulder and they squirt warm water into my ears and then some foamy stuff (At first, it may hurt but then it feels goooood...) and from my ear that was plugged out came 2 huge potatoes (that term 'potato' meanings: Big fuckin piece of ear wax) and they did my other ear and out came 1 huge potato. After the ear cleaning, the nurse leaves... then theres the fuckin waiting again...
Then the doctor comes in, my ears looked fine now, they could see my ear drum and I could leave then. I still have a cold which I should be over with in about a week, then once I am, I have to get another appointment because I am overdue for some type of shots...
Don't you just love going to the doctors?

Trust me, q-tips wouldn't have gotten the shit that came outta my ears... oh my god, I couldn't believe it. They were like the size of raisins. Think of it this way: Shove 2 raisins into one of your ears... and shove 1 into the other... yeah, feel clogged up? Think a q-tip can fix it? ;)

To whoever said to use q-tips below, q-tips actually just push the wax deeper into your ear. Most doctors do not recommend using q-tips to clean out your ears. They suggest using the method they used on Electro. My mom used to do it to my brother when he was younger and it worked really well.

yes, the BMI doesn't correct for muscle. But if a body builder goes to the doctor, his bmi could be 40. the doctor is not going to tell him he's obsese needs to lose weight. common sense rules in that case.
in a case like mine, where i'm part fat and part jacked motherfucker, it does play a part.
they blanket the situation by saying, 'its healthier to lose more fat'

ah yes and the proof, a qote from a website on the BMI and all that: The BMI "criteria don't adjust for race or nationality differences. There is some published medical literature available on this topic and I may try to implement it in the future, if demand exists. the stupid thing is that they seem to only base body mass on height and weight, when fucking muscle weighs more than fat, what fucking idiots. yeah so they are saying those huge fucking body builders that are like 5'5" and weigh like 150lbs are fat? the BMI doens't work correctly they need to find some sort of way to add a muscle to fat ratio somewhere in there, just like everything else, there is always a loop hole.
