What did you expect the kid to do? They just fought them for a week. Then, this scumbag was faking dead. Who knows what the scumbag was about to do?
Let me break it down for you.
The Geneva convention does not apply in the war on terror. That is for uniformed armies, where there is a clear distinction between civilian and military. In this war, these devious bastards use our good nature against us, blending in a civilians then attacking when it is opportune. These animals have no rights under the convention.
I would have shot that sand-nigger in the face myself. We should send them all to paradise right now. Let's kill all those motherfuckers and bring our boys home as quickly as possible.

If someone attacked your country, and destroyed your army, what would you be doing?
A) Dress up in fancy uniforms that you can't afford, and fight them in open battles, where you'd be destroyed by their superior army, or
B) Hide and try to fight a guerilla war.
The right to bear arms which right wing America holds so dear was created so civilians could become militants in times of crisis. That is what these guys are doing. Call it "terror" if you want. If the situation were reversed like this, would you be expecting the Geneva Convention to apply to you?
