I am your typical average atheist zealot. I am white, but not from the States. Your religion imposes specific restrictions on what you can eat, and on your conduct.
I am also an athelete; the questions relate onto these levels.

I believe that performance of an athelete is based on his own devotion to his sport, his dedication to his body and training. Religion and/or religious practices are not an excuse on your performance.

Yes there are muslims on ubersite. And by that, yes , I am a muslim.
With regards to Masturbation, In the eyes of Islam, Self-masturbation is forbidden. Between a husband and wife, masturbation is completely permissable. That being said I will now field your questions.
