Support up and coming bands or all the shit that sits on the radio playlists will just stay there. Go out to a local punk rock show, or do something. Whatever you can. hell, form a band. If you don't try you will never know what could have been. I have had enough of pop. As a matter of fact, I hope that at the grammys, the whole building sets on fire and nobody escapes, because chances are nobody good would be there anyways.

yeah, i've had about enough of shit bands that all try to sound the same(no one is original anymore)....at work i'm subjected to listening to what they call R&B(sounds like shitty rap to me...but then again, all rap sounds shitty)

Rap sucks.
Country sucks.
For what doesn't suck, look at almost anything else. Minus punk and emo, alternative is good. Some folk music is good. Mozart rules. Jazz is super. Blues is great. Even techno is better than the six above suckfests.
Zero because while your taste sucks, you're right about supporting new music.
