I have a good friend who is a correctional officer in Providence Rhode Island
The "fad" of wearing your paints so that your underwear shows and it looks like it is going to fall off
Comes right from the prison system
Kids in the "hood" see a guy out of the joint and they think he is a bad ass
"Look at Tie Rell" He's so bad man look at his shit, its so low. He is a mother fucka.
Well as I was told by, the C.O. is the exact opposite.
The Low look for men in prison system indicates to your fellow inmates that
A little ass action is ok with you.
Most inmates were a belt, to help keep there shit from being pushed in.
Rump rangers were there shit as low as they can.
