I know people in Iraq. In a choice between them gettting shot, and the other people getting shot, I'm saying shoot the Iraqis. You always root for your home team.
If carpet bombing and using a "shoot first, ask questions later" tactic will help to ensure the survival of my friends, then do it. If you disagree with me, then fuck you.

But killing innocents, regardless of the situation, is only going to make the situation worse and further undermine our safety and the safety of our soldiers.

I'm not right wing, I'm actually fairly moderate with a bit of a liberal leaning.
I'm not trying for worst post ever, I'm just stating my opinion.
And I'm not saying I support the War in Iraq, I know it's bullshit. I know we should no tbe there. I never thought we should be there. But I don't think we can just pull out. But while we are there, I think we should try our best to preserve the lives of our American troops even if it means killing innocents. This is war, there is bound to be collateral damage.

I'm in the Army myself, infantry, and what you just said is fucking retarded. I hope none of my soldiers think like you. If someone is pointing a weapon at me, I don't care about blowing his/her head off, but killing unarmed civilians...you're an idiot. How would you like it if some Iraqi unloaded his AK-47 into your sister or dad? You'd want to kill as many of the fuckers as possible right? This is what leads to the deaths of even more soldiers, people given a solid reason to shoot them.
