Doctors can legally prescribe many dangerous drugs.
Doctors can legally prescribe drugs that, when taken in excess, will cause death.
Doctors can legally prescribe drugs that, during normal use, can cause ADDICTION and if use is stopped may cause one to EXPERIENCE withdrawl
Can anyone here come up with a sincere statement in support of the governments ban on the use of medical crack?
My own belief is that the drug companies lobby against the legalization of medical crack because its use will cause sick people to buy less cocaine.

I agree. Crack should be legalised, along with all other drugs.
Let me explain. Legalising drugs would:
-Fatten the Government treasury with extra tax money allowing for the construction of better rehabilitation centers(read: better assistance for addicts and the people).
-Lower the street price (even with massive government tax) and therefore lower the incidence of crime.
-Move the profits from drug dealers to people that suffer from addiction.
-Allow for better study of the drugs and help to remove the social stigma attached to many.
-Further the cause of Liberty and Human Rights in the United States of America.
See how beneficial it'd be?
