This past week George W. Bush visited Canada for the first time since he was elected in 2000. He stayed for a total of two days and left. He probably didn't even need to take a shit on Canadian soil. I find it amazing that even though Canada shares a continent with the US, Bush can't seem to find time to come visit us.
Bush's Itinterary
Day One
Visit with Prime Minister Paul Martin.
Attend public dinner
Day Two
Fly to Nova Scotia
Thank Nova Scotians for their hospitality to Americans on September 11, 2001.
Say speech.
Fly back to Washington
Me on day one: "Huh, Bush is here, took long enough for him to show up"
Me on day two: "Didn't he only get here yesterday?"
I think that it's pathetic that it took him over three years to come and thank people who accepted Americans into their homes in a time of need. This was one of the worst days in the US's history and Canada played a part in the safety of American citizens.
It has been four years, one visit. President Bush, please try and show up more often, or at least for more than two days.

He visits alot of countries and has to run ours at the same time. As much as we need good press right now he has alot of shit to do and id feel better if his ass was here at home keeping America strong and not off in other countries on PR missions. Fuck he was in columbia the other week and its mostly because they adversly effect our country. Think of it this way unless your REALLY helping our country or REALLY hurting chances our we dont care about you. I like canada alot but I care as much about their opinion of bush as i care about the canaidian prime minister.
On a side note i was thinking of giving you a minus two until i realized that canada is most likly going to ship those AWOL "refugees" back to us so heres a 0 because your country is cooler than you are.

You seem to lack a real knowledge of what is going on in the world. Bush's visit had nothing to do with thanking Canada for September 11th. That was an afterthought.
Star Wars and trade issues were the real concern of this visit. If Bush could convince a few Canadians that he's not that bad, it's a little bonus. The fact of the matter is that Bush doesn't care about the Canadian people, only the Canadian government and where they stand on a few issues.
I am giving you a -1 because I feel that you failed to research on this issue.

You are the dumbest motherfucker on Uber. President Bush came to Ottawa to discuss some sort of missile defence program. I'm not exactly sure what that entails, but its nicknamed 'star wars' by some. They didn't just sit around and chat, have dinner and knock back a few beers you idiot. If you're gonna bother watching the news, at least pay attention for more than 30 seconds.
