I went out to the pool hall last week with two of my best friends. After playing for an hour or so, a few of my other friends showed up. They got a table next to ours and we were chatting as we played. My two friends that I came with were going to leave and I stayed at the pool hall with the four others that had shown up.
We stayed there for about a half hour more, and then decided to go to Steak 'n Shake just to hang out for a little while. We were all trading thoughts or stories for a few hours,
Marcin: "Does it bother anyone else that the word 'verb' is a noun?"
Jeff: "Did anyone else here know that Marcin went out with this one girl once, and she became a lesbian?"
All in all it was a pretty fun night. After a few hours we decided to call it a night and I was getting a ride home with Adam. We were listening to the radio when suddenly we heard a siren and saw flashing lights right behind us...
The cop walked up to Adam's window and asked him, "You know your license plate light is out..."
Adam gave me a confused look...
"Umm, no I didn't know that officer, sorry." My friend said, and then he looked into the review mirror at the cop's car as he noticed something...
"Hey officer, I have a question," he said, "what's worse, a license plate light being out...or a headlight being out?"
