Ignore the Black caucus
The easiest way to handle the black voters turned out to be the simplest. Just
ignore them, George. Why hadn't the Democratic Party thought of this? It is sheer
genius. The population of America is only 10% negro persuasion, and almost half the
males are in prison, and the others are too busy "straight leg pimpin'" to go vote.
Get yo 'hoes to the polls
With the exception of Obama (bin laden), the only black person to speak
politically this year was Bill (pudding pops) Cosby. Cos said some creepy things, some
pedophile-sounding stuff about the sex lives of children. For the love of Rudy! Whats
going on?

Of course, a pot -smoking rapper told us to vote or die. White America thought it
was a brilliant population control scheme. But, it didn't work. Another thing that hurt, is
the fact that everyone was looking for afterparties. Fuckers don't have jobs, but they can
have parties. Fo' shizzle. The shiznit. (Sounds like retarded Yiddish).

The president was correct in assessing that the black vote does not matter in
America. The Democratic Party has taken notes. Gays are also 10% of the population,
but they generally vote and can stay out of prison (for damn good reason). So look for a
shift in policy from liberals, who generally treat blacks as "victims", rather than citizens.
Social reform will switch from making sure Blacks have clean cages and plenty of fiber
in their diets, to "let them fend fo' themselves, my nizzle". It's about time.
