Just wanted to say I hope you all have a WONDERFUL Christmas and Happy New Year!!! Hope you all have a great day, and are all safe.
And just to spark discussion, even though I'm sure no one will be on Uber during present unwrapping and cookie-eating, but what was everyone's best Christmas memory? Worst memory? And what is it that you love most about the holidays? My best memory was when I was four and got an Alvin the Chipmunk doll, the kind where you pull a string and he says stuff (do they even have a string-pull toy anymore, or do they all just have the button in their hands now?) For some reason, I got it in my head that I had to brush his teeth, and he had a blue ring of toothpaste stuck in his fur until I got rid of him (I wish I had the damned thing now!) My worst memory was when I was five and my mom and grandparents got rid of my dog, Barney. He was a Britney Spaniel and just the sweetest little guy...
I love the holidays because it's the one time I get to see family that I don't get to see often, like my brother and his fiancee, my sister, who just went off to college, my crazy (and raunchy) aunt, and it makes the night at the bar even more worth it than a usual day.
So here's to you Uber...don't kill any relatives.
