Every time an American loses his job to an immigrant, it's always the same story. "Fucking <insert racial slur> coming to MY country, stinking up MY streets, stealing MY welfare and TAKING MY JOB!!!!!" In face of this usual sentiment, my opinion is not going to be a popular one, but logic has never won a popularity contest.
Let me break down the thought process of companies when they hire people.
Companies hire according to the MRP theory which, to keep things simple, state that firms hire the person who can give them the best revenue:cost ratio. The wages of the labour represent a cost to a company, the product made by the same worker can be sold for revenue.
If Abdul can produce the same number of condoms per hour as an American, but take 1/2 the pay, it makes sense for the company to hire him.
If he is not as productive as an American, only producing 3/4 of the latter's work, it is still better to hire him.
Why is Abdul so stupid to take such low pay? Is it an evil plot to undercut the Americans? No. Any pay he can find in America will probably be far more than what he can get back home, given the exchange rate and pathetic cost of living. An average corporate slave in the states can easily go back and become some plantation baron.
So you see, it makes perfect economic sense for companies to outsource jobs or to hire immigrants. Unfortunately for you, profits are more important than skin colour.
It also makes sense for the immigrants to enter America and earn a decent salary for their qualifications. Yes it's true; they can take any job, not just those in sweatshops. Many of them are highly educated and most can "spic Engrish" well enough to be productive. Tech worker in America or rice farmer back home? I think it's a simple choice for them.
Now, the part that you probably care most about. Who the fuck to blame? I see 4 choices here.
A) The immigrant who TOOK YOUR JOOOOOOB!
B) You for not bothering to upgrade, become more hardworking or accept a lower pay.
C) The soulless corporation for putting their profit margin above the livelihood of their fellow Americans.
D) The government for not slamming the doors and adopting an isolationist policy until Japan bombs Pearl Harbour again.
I'm not going to say if outsourcing is morally right or wrong, or how painful unemployment is. I just presented the logic behind their decisions. Who to blame? It's up to you.

-2 because someone felt they had to explain this to us.
Then again a lot of people may not know this... they are dumb! And they don't deserve to bitch about immigrants taking our job. Next, its because they came here on there means and avoiding those means set up by the government so they can except that lower then the average pay to take our jobs is why they deserve majority of blaim. If they were not here in the first place then corporations would have no one to offer lower pay too.
Personally though, I don't bitch about immigrants taking my job. Mostly because the dumb shit ones take the crap jobs I really don't want and allow my produce to be sold much cheaper. The more intelligent ones cause for decent competition, which filters out my american brethren that are morons too.

I think that most sensible people know who really is to blame but when it comes to a sensitive topic like this, it's always easier to target someone who looks and talks different from you. The truth is that outsourcing, and free trade for that matter, are ultimately good for the country as a whole. Too bad the benefits are spread so thinly that people don't notice it. Some of course will get screwed, and we all know that angry people make the most noise.
