A Swedish national who recently returned home after the horror in Thailand has had their vacation film developed, showing a Thai celebrity moments before being washed away.
The country as well as the world remain in mourning.

I'd say Blanka and Zangief were the weakest.
Honda had a decent ground attack, and you couldn't jump at him without getting your ass owned by that overhand chop.

Yes.. but again, no need to jump at the mofo. All you really need is to sonic boom the fucker to death, or until he gets sick of blocking and comes at you... he was one of the easiest characters to throw, or even razorkick... cause he's so damn slow.
Guile was the shit. He was the only one i could consistently beat ryu/ken with.

Yeah Guile was pretty damn good, he's who I used until I could figure out how to fireball and Dragon punch consistently.
I rememeber he had 1 combo that did a 1/2 bar, jump Strong punch (flying slap to head) standing Stong Punch (standing uppercut) back strong punch (Spinning Backfist) forward Strong punch Sonic Boom. Throw in the added bonus of your opponent being Dizzy as well as his invisble throw and being able to piss off everyone after you are done and freezing the machine and you're King of The Arcarde.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH Blanka and e.honda were BY FAR the weakest characters. Guile/Ryu/Ken were disproportionally stronger than all others. If you can't throw shit (fireball, sonicboom) you're worthless in streetfighter 2.
