I can't even think straight today.
Our company just got a message from one of our customers, who's on lockdown in an oil company owned base. Apparently they're contemplating cancelling the project and evacuating because of major violence in Nigeria. Now I tune out the news a lot, perhaps in an effort to stay cheery, because little to nothing is positive in a headline. I read the funnies or books rather than the paper. I watch the weather channel and not CNN.
I really wish I could feel something besides this heaviness about war/violence/whatever else is horribly wrong in the world that needs fixing. But I can't, instead I'm too lazy to do my work, or really argue on ubersite, or e-mail my friends to distract myself. I'm sure I'm part of a big group of people that just don't have a strong opinion. I think war is atrocious, I'd rather not be involved, but I'm sure that I don't understand the complexities of the issue as I haven't read any American newspapers in ages... and I'd rather not have propaganda shoved down my throat anyways.
bored enough at work to surf ubersite, but not focused...me ranting.

Kegels for men are similar.
