I for one don't believe this picture. I was in Japan Nov 2002 and I never once saw nipple scarfs. NI'm not saying that the Japanese have some rather odd trends (compared to what westerners are used to) but I didn't see the nipple scarfs not a one time so they must be bullshit. Trust me.
