They would have been delayed or canceled altogether
However, if they had go through the Democratic Party would have taken all the credit
I think Kerry would cut funds and pull almost all of the troops out of Iraq.
He would apologize to the world. In addition, say what we tried to do was wrong.
In his words, "I would just do a better Job"
However He or the Democratic Party never quite say what better is.
Just better.
Thank God, he is not the President.

I am sure the elections would have still gone through, but there would be posts up on Uber from Liberals saying how great the elections were.

I think a Kerry administration would have had no choice but to go through with an Iraqi election due to the fact that it would have taken place within two weeks of the new president's inauguration. There wouldn't be enough time to slam on the brakes, so to speak.
