Cookie, I understand that it isn't actually kiddie porn, but explain why this isnt a good idea in even SIMPLER terms for you. Lets say you turn the television up too loud, and your neighbors think you are having a fight with your significant other. They call the police and tell them there is some kind of domestic violence going on at your house. The police will show up anyway. Even if it was a misunderstanding. As much as I understand your view on the matter in hand I can also understand Bart's. Although the actors may be over 18 they have been made to look under 18, (look in the background of the pic... fluffy toys ect ect)
You are right Bart isn't going to be put on a list for this, and he would have removed the image if there was a legal issue with it (I'm sure he would of) However it is his site and he can kick whoever he want's off of it, if he wanted to he could just give the reason... I don't like him, who-ever said that it has to be fair, it's not up for democratic vote.
In fact the only thing that I have ever seen him ask for users opinions on was about removing content, the person that he talks about in the post is in fact me and it was decided pretty unanimously that it was a big no no.
