UlfGabe vs. "The Bitch" aka Carol Ritchards aka " 'dat bitch" aka "Ho"
After taking the time to look through ALL of her posts to expose her as the dumb
bitch she is I have come up with several intersting factoids.
Infringement of copyright:
In posting the lyrics to Bright Eyes: "First day of my life" CR has violated
copyright law set down the the Berne convention of 1986.
It should be noted that everything written on the internet is given the benifit
of copyright. However given the statement:
"Here is the logo, it isn't copyrighted so you are welcome to use it a anywhere
IN ITS UNALTERED FORUM:"
CR has effectively given up the copyright, and THUS any say in how it is used. I
may also note that the Yin/Yang symbol has been part of Chinese culture for many
thousands of years, and her use of it to promote ONLY a one sided debate as to
the nature of womens place in societ is against the meaning of the symbol.
The Yin/Yang symbol is about balance/interdependance/transmutation/subdivision,
and between man/woman and good/evil. CR subverts this time honoured symbol for
her own nefarious purposes and all the users here should be shouting her down.
So, Fuck with the picture, it's ok. (You were going to do it anyways? Right?)
Indeed there has only been one user who speaks up from this crowd of >10000
users. The unanymous voice of Ubersite has spoken.
On to greater and more serious problems.
The blackmailing of UberUser'ers:
CR has done in her post entitled "Abusive website" is effectively to try and blackmail
people into acting responsibly or face threat of jail time / FBI involvement.
From the FBI's tip page:
"While the FBI continues to encourage the public to submit information regarding
the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, this form may also be used to report
any suspected criminal activity to the FBI."
Blackmailing is a crime, I have reported you to the FBI, and since I KNOW you
are a citizen of the United States of America BECAUSE you send your complaints
to the FBI and not a different governments Investigative branch (CSIS, MI6,
Interpol?, KGB, ect) you cannot get away.
"I would be happy to delete this post and we could move on from this whole
mess."
I should point out that you cannot delete this post, because is not possible
within the framework of Ubersites design. There was a big ker'fuffle about this
earlier, but since you did not do any research, too bad.
It is interesting here because Ubersite will only change if everyone decides to.
You are welcome to stay here, but so is everyone else and their opinions.
I am glad you decided to post about how Ubersite is broken, but unless you have
physical access to the server, you are fucked bitch.
Go suck some bones, and die....
