Completely unrelated: Oi williamson, I figured this is the one you'd be hanging around. Watch Channel Ten at the moment, "TTN". The news for primarily schoolers. It is so unbelievably distorted and biased with Rupert Murdoch's stuff. It's like Fox for ten year olds. It's hilarious.

i just got Photoshop so i don't know if there is one out there, but this would be a great idea if you used some sort of outline filter, then took out some extra detail and added a couple of the TGS girls in the back ground.
Are there downloadable filters? the closest i saw was graphic pen.
