Britney Spears is suing 10 insurance companies for $10 million dollars, solidifying my earlier claim (made on october 12th, 1999) that she is the spitting image of a white trash lottery winner -- too much is never enough.
This stupid whore of slores has really topped the mountain of trash that has become her life, but lets recap--

To agree with and clarify what Wardy said, I want to let you know something. According to Plain View Docterine, anything that is witnessed and therefore published from public property, such as pictures of Brittney Spears topless, are fair game. If this weren't true, anybody found in the newspaper would be compensated, regardless of what they were in there for. If these photos had been taken during a photo shoot or in a private area (one in which is not available to be seen by the public), then she would have legal rights to them. However, they were not, and thus showing how grossly misinformed and truly ignorant that you truly are.

you sir, are an idiot. first of all, i imagine this comes under some sort of news clause, wherein the photographer is reporting something, and therein doesn't have to pay the person for the photographs. secondly, i'm not making money on this, so obviously she wouldn't be coming at me for lost revenue on this photo.

you know, i rated this and then looked at that zack guy's post, and i feel kinda bad. i mean, yeah she sucks and all, but she doesn't deserve to have her pictures taken like this, and then spread all over the internet. i mean, her kids are going to one day see this and it really isn't fair at all.
plus, the knee injury could happen to anyone, and the money is just to compensate for lost wages.
