Tom, you're such a bloody waste of a shenanigan, you know that, right? I could have been using all my energy to do my own little Carol Richards and look what I did. I mean, come on. You're a good writer and a nice guy, but neither of these two qualities makes you immune to being a gullible little fool. Perhaps this truly wasn't believable and you just wanted to. I really don't know.
Spooner and I are the makers of www.wehatetomsorrell.tk. We saw your most recent post about Blink 182 and found you to be as obsessive about Blink 182 as those stupid little girls that throw their sport bras on stage. It's really time you drop it.
When you do something awesome and popular, hey, I know it can be easy to get carried away. I've been down that road before. Now that you've successfully made a boob of yourself, I think it's time to lay it to rest.

So hang on... lemme see if I got this straight.
Tom and Spooner think Tom Sorrell posts about the Blink 182 incident too much.
Tom and Spooner decide to make a fake website pertaining the Blink 182 incident.
Tom and Spooner write Tom Sorrell an email about the fake website, KNOWING (according to Spooner) that he'd make a post about it.
Tom Sorrell makes the post, just like they knew he would, and in said post, he claims the website was funny, but probably a fake, and even names Spooner as responsible.
Tom Sorrell's post makes people laugh.
Tom and Spooner's website makes people laugh.
Everyone is laughing.
There is joy and laughter everywhere.
Then Tom and Spooner make a post telling Tom Sorrell that he shouldn't post about the Blink 182 incident anymore, mind you, this is after they set him up on purpose to specifically make a post pertaining to the Blink 182 incident.
The joy and laughter are killed by the overwhelming sound of pots screaming at kettles about their blackness.
Is that about right?
I don't get it. If you don't think the Blink 182 posts are funny, don't read them. The content of the posts is generally pretty clearly indicated in the title. It's not like Tom Sorrell is TRICKING you into reading them against your will.
And it appears that there are quite a few people who are still reading them and enjoying them, so why spoil their fun just cause you are bored with it?

Which, judging by the replies in your original post, garnered a laugh or two. I don't think Tom and I would've done this if we didn't think someone would get a laugh out of it at some point in time. We didn't do this JUST to spite you and try to teach you a lesson, Tom, we also figured a few people would get a kick out of it. That's why we did more than just say "OMG we hate Tom a lot" and go nowhere from there.

And yet he still goes through his rounds of typing back some smartass reply and posting it on Ubersite. If he really thought it was me, he would've either skipped the whole "smartass reply" deal, or just not posted about it altogether, since the whole schtick is supposed to be "hey look how dumb Blink 182 fans are." He either really thought it was an honest-to-goodness hate site but only had a small suspicion it might be me, or he didn't care that it wasn't a real hate site, and saw the opportunity to extend his Blink legacy one extra step and nab some more hits. It more or less proved Tom and I's suspicion that he's just taking any opporunity he gets to suckle hits out of this.
