during last night's roundatble of drinking and other debauchery, my roomates decided on one thing, a challenge to me really (all done while i was going #2).
i should give you some background before I explain the "challenge": I live in a predominatly latin american neighborhood with a slew of latin american bars, etc.
they want to go to "El West", a latin cowboy apparel shop down the street and buy me a full-on, white cowboy suit. but it doesn't end there - they want the people there to imprint "EL GRINGO LOCO" on the back of my jacket (either in rhinestones or with an airbrush).
the tally for this little challenge came up to around $75 - and if I went to and stayed at a latin bar for more than 2 hours, $115. i said i'd think about it.
then i did think about it - would people be offended or get a kick out of it? would i get a slap on my back or my ass kicked? hmmmmmmm... $115 and tequila... or emergency room for knife wounds?
What do you think?
by the way, did anyone see Law + Order: SVU last night?

I think I might have to do this, just for me, the pictures, and stories... and the $20 I'll be collecting from BLITZKREIG_BOB. Oh and the $115 + expenses I'll have to endure; my roomates convinced me that they would pay me but I'd have to get the outfit myself (but they would supply me with all the Cuervo I would need for "nerves"). Now all I have to go is find someone who will put the rhinestones and/or paint on the bastard.
