Well I found out the reason that Manic mother only posted a shot from the waist up. She is half horse.
Sorry I know it is lame but I thought that the picture was worthy of photoshop ridicule...

Actually. Minotours don't always have to apply to one strict rule. It's pretty much just a bull/man as far as I know.
Some minotaurs I've seen have only had the torso of a man but still with legs and head of a bull. Some have been completely bull just standing like a man. And truthfully no one really knows what it is supposed to be because myths and legends such as this are changed through out history.
Although you're right. That is a centaur
