That's right kids, Maddox is writing his own book. It's going to be so kick ass, you'll fuckin' do your doctorates thesis on it. That's if you make it to graduate school, which you won't, because you'll drop out of school to read this kick ass book.
Maddox says the book will be published by Kensington Books and will be 144 pages. 144?! That's a gross! It comes out next March and Maddox has yet to determine that the title will be. I'm sure it'll awesome!

Yeah, I happened upon Maddox before I found Ubersite or Bored at Work. From an Uber perspective, if Maddox was a poster here, I think others would probably outshine him. Who knows, he might not be able to take -2dies and have a mental breakdown like everyone else.
However, a lot of his stuff over the years has been funny, and he's certainly done something interesting with his Internet connection. That's more than a lot of people can say.
I'm not going to buy his book but I'm also not going to use this an excuse to bash someone I've never met or talked to that's managed to make me laugh a couple of times. If anyone on Uber announced they had gotten a book deal from their posts on Uber, I'd be pretty impressed.
Good for him, I say.

Some of you sound utterly foolish. For all this "death to maddox" rhetoric, there are a number of, dare i say, "pussies," who are afraid to admit they enjoy reading his articles.
This makes sense if you consider that this behavior is the kind that maddox, himself espouses--the "i'm great, everything else sucks" model.
Guess what, you're not great. many of you that came here did so because you wanted to add your own rants, and learned quickly that you couldn't do them as well...simply because your imitation was void of the wit and color--or implied sincerity Maddox uses.
i won't say that all his stuff is steller; but, considering the body of his work, he has a lot more talent then some of you "har, har peener" writers who think poorly titled, blank posts are funnny. in fact, those posts are a sign that you can't find the words that maddox...or other talented uber writers...use and out of frustration attack the medium, with tantrum-filled vapidness.
that's all blank posts are. tantrums. Everytime i see one i laugh at how pathetic the author is. Someone who can't string a sentance--let alone a story--together.
