also, if i may critique...you could have cropped the runner into a seperate file, fliped it along the horizontal, and put him on the other horse. that way, the rise in the pole wouldn't have been as obvious.
matching skin tones isn't as difficult as you'd think, either. all you do is select the eyedropper, and then magnify. once you've done that you select 3 or 4 colors lining the area you wish to modify(like the edges of arms or legs) and add them to your color palette at the bottom. then, you select spray paint and click a few times with each color over the disired area. after finetuning with the smallest paint brush in high magnification, it will be pretty close to the original.
