The flower's brightness and the right side of her stomach below her arm compared to the pasted nudey torso above the arm not matching up give it away as being photoshopped, but other than those two very minor flaws, this is an amazing piece of work. I hope you get paid well at your job.

I'm suprised this is the only one like it is..I avoided doing it because I thought thered be loads more the same.. damn its good though. I think i'd be able to do this..Maybe you could give me a few tips on how to.

I would be very happy to answer questions as to how it was done. They hardest part was surfing for porn at work. Had to find just the right torso to put on there. Somewhere in the commenst below I linked to the one I ended up using.
The next thing was to get the skin tone to match. This is also where I made a silly mistake. I sampled the color of adams gals skin,,,, then using the paintbrush set to 'color' mode i painted just the color tone onto the new torso. The mistake was I colord the nipples. The nipples now are flesh colored when they should have remained pink. Oh well.... Dont tell anyone ;-)
The rest was just putting this torso on a layer above the other and getting the size right (transform) and then using the eraser tool (soft edge) to fade the neck areaas into eachother. There was some tricky business getting the skin below her arms since my boob image didnt provide ebough stomach. So I just painted that part and added some noise (filter) so it didnt seem too smooth.
The next challange was to remove all trace of her blue shirt including reflected light. There were all kinds of blue tinted reflected shadows and stuff I had to get rid of. Killed them suing the paint brush in color only mode.
I got rid of the rest of her shirt (shoulder straps) with the clone stamp.
Then I dropped the flower (cut it out and put it on a new layer on top of boob layer) back into the image and made a drop shadow for it. A few other shadows under arms, a shadow on her arm cast from the boob was needed.

Personally I'm not a big fan of blurring tools, and do everything I can to avoid using them, but this is still quite good and funny as hell.

I did not use any bluring tools. The photo (boobs) I used was a bit more blurry than the source image. But the pose was so perfect i used it anyway. It is just a photoshop layer on top of the source photo. color matching etc....
The boob image i used was posted in a comment below. You can see the blur is in the image and not added by me.
