What is the face of your god
that created you?
What is the truth
Exposed?
Before god, there existed nothing.
Everything was darkness.
Thereby, only through his creation of us...
by making us in his image could he exist
through the reflection of our acknowledgement of him.
But by pressing his fingerprints onto the blank canvas
Did he forge a labyrinth
for which we eternally toil.
He ultimately gave us the choice
to either forever wander the psychedelic corridors of his earthly cage,
or be banned from its interior
to the outskirts of its darkened wasteland.
But in the peripheral of god's eyes are we truly free.
Like parasites,
We can still feed from his source
that radiates from the circular wall of his labyrinth.
But at least here in the darkness...
The World of the Macabre
We can we rule our SELVES.
For you will be born into your reality

always to take it for granted,
never to meet his expectations,
always hoping for heaven's final destination,
never finding the means to an end.

I'm reminded of a motivational poster from somethingawful.com
It's a picture of a military cemetary with the following caption:
"Perspective: They didn't die so you could run around acting like a vampire. Now go do something productive with your life, shithead."
Now that i think about it, there's also this one:
